We are home-based (cottage) business located in the King Farm suburb in Rockville, Maryland.

The full address for curbside pick-up is provided upon payment and order confirmation. 

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH SWEET EARLINE'S?

Orders for our custom confections can be placed easily by filling out the order form available on our website or at the following link: linktr.ee/sweetearlines 

 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR MY CUSTOM CONFECTIONS? 

All custom orders must be placed no less than two (2) weeks prior to the order curbside pick-up or mail delivery date to ensure fulfillment.

Just a note:

We are a small team, and our order calendar fills up very quickly.

It is our business standard to only take on orders that we know we can fulfill in a timely manner, creating delicious confections that are beautifully designed for our clients.  ​Each confection is individually created by hand which takes a great deal of time. The more time we have, the more confections we can create.

**Please note: Larger cookie orders require more time, please plan accordingly. ​

 

DOES SWEET EARLINE'S ACCEPT LAST MINUTE ORDERS?

Orders placed less than two (2) weeks prior to the order pick-up or mail delivery date are designated as RUSH ORDER and will be subject to a $20.00 RUSH ORDER FEE

 

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY? WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES SWEET EARLINE'S ACCEPT?

 Payment is due 48 hours following order submission.

Payment is required to confirm order fulfillment.

Non-payment will result in an order cancellation.

If additional time is needed to make payment, please contact us via email immediately to make alternate

 arrangements. 

ONLY credit or debit card payments accepted. NO CASH. NO CHECKS.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Orders can be cancelled any time prior to payment. 

Orders will only be fully refunded if Sweet Earline's has not begun production of the custom order.

Cancellation requests made after the custom order is in production will not be refunded.​

 

HOW ARE THE COOKIES PACKAGED?

All cookies come individually wrapped in a clear, air-tight cellophane bag, this service is provided complimentary.

The cellophane bag is perfect for displaying the cookies at your upcoming event and/or celebration; but they also keep your cookies fresh until ready to serve.

WANT TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL DECORATION TO YOUR COOKIE ORDER? 

We make custom tags and provide decorative bows as well! ​

Custom tags are available for $0.30 each

HOW LONG WILL COOKIES STAY FRESH?

Cookies typically stay fresh for about one (1) to two (2) weeks at room temperature in the clear, air-tight cellophane bags provided for each order.

For longer storage, refrigerating or freezing the cookies in an airtight container will keep them fresh for months.

 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COOKIES?

Cookies should always be stored in an air-tight container.

Refrigeration is highly recommended to retain freshness and flavor.

To freeze, place in an air-tight container, seal in a freezer bag or wrap in freezer paper.

DOES SWEET EARLINE'S OFFER ANY GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN OR SUGAR-FREE CONFECTIONS?

 We do not offer gluten-free, vegan or sugar-free confections. 

*We are currently testing gluten-free cookie recipes, stay tuned.....

 

IF I HAVE A NUT-ALLERGY, CAN I ORDER NUT-FREE CONFECTIONS FROM SWEET EARLINE'S?

Yes, most of our products do not contain nuts or nut products.

We are very serious about food allergies and make sure to sanitize our baking area before each order is produced.

If you have or are aware of any food allergens that may affect your guests, please alert us immediately when placing your order. 

 

DOES SWEET EARLINE'S DELIVER LOCALLY AND SHIP NATIONWIDE?

We do not currently offer delivery services.

Cookies orders are available for CURBSIDE PICK-UP or MAIL DELIVERY

 All MAIL DELIVERY orders are shipped via UPS Ground

Shipping & Handling rates are determined by UPS and may vary depending on the size and delivery location of the order.

All Cake (& Cupcake) orders are available for CURBSIDE PICK-UP ONLY

 

WHAT ARE THE CURBSIDE-PICK UP HOURS?

MONDAY - FRIDAY from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

SATURDAY from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

DOES SWEET EARLINE'S OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT?

We do offer a 10% discount on orders placed by military personnel. Military identification is required to receive a discount.
