HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH SWEET EARLINE'S?

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR MY CUSTOM CONFECTIONS? 

Cookie Order Guide:

For Orders of One (1) - Five (5) dozen cookies, orders must be placed no less than two (2) weeks prior to the pick-up date.

For Orders of Six (6) - Ten (10) dozen cookies, orders must be placed no less than three (3) weeks prior to the pick-up date.

For Orders of Eleven (11) - Twenty (20) dozen cookies, orders must be placed no less than four (4) weeks prior to the pick-up date.

For Orders of Twenty-One (21) dozen or more, please contact us via email at sayitwithasweet@sweetearlines.com for order fulfillment details.

Cake Order Guide:

Due to a high demand for our custom cookie services, custom cake orders will be fulfilled on a case-by-case basis dependent on the requested design and our schedule availability. Cake orders must be placed no less than two (2) weeks prior to the pick-up date.

 

DOES SWEET EARLINE'S ACCEPT LAST MINUTE ORDERS?

Due to high order volumes, we no longer accommodate last minute order requests.

 

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY? WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES SWEET EARLINE'S ACCEPT?

 Payment due date is provided on the order invoice. Payments not received when due will result in an order cancellation. Payment must be made directly through the order invoice. We ONLY accept credit or debit card payments. 

NO CASH, NO CHECKS.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Orders can be cancelled any time prior to payment. 

Orders will only be fully refunded if Sweet Earline's has not begun production of the custom order.

Cancellation requests made after the custom order is in production will not be refunded.

DOES SWEET EARLINE'S OFFER REFUNDS?

We do not offer refunds for orders received. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

**Please be advised that Sweet Earline's is NOT responsible for damages incurred to confections after pick-up or delivery.

 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COOKIES?

Cookies should always be stored in an air-tight container. Refrigeration is highly recommended to retain freshness and flavor.

To freeze, place in an air-tight container, seal in a freezer bag or wrap in freezer paper.

 

CAN I ADD PERSONALIZED TAG TO MY COOKIE ORDER?

Yes, we make custom tags and provide decorative bows as well!

DOES SWEET EARLINE'S OFFER ANY GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN OR SUGAR-FREE CONFECTIONS?

 We do not offer gluten-free, vegan or sugar-free confections. 

 

IF I HAVE A NUT-ALLERGY, CAN I ORDER NUT-FREE CONFECTIONS FROM SWEET EARLINE'S?

Yes, most of our products do not contain nuts or nut products.

 

DOES SWEET EARLINE'S DELIVER LOCALLY AND SHIP NATIONWIDE?

We do not offer delivery service; all orders must be picked up by the client during the designated pick-up hours provided.

 

Cookies are available for domestic shipping ONLY.

We ship all of our orders via UPS Ground. Shipping.

Shipping rates are determined by UPS and may vary depending on the size and delivery location of the order.

DOES SWEET EARLINE'S OFFER ANY "ALCOHOLIC" CONFECTIONS?

We do not offer "alcoholic" confections.

 

DOES SWEET EARLINE'S PROVIDE EROTIC CONFECTIONS?

We are open to all levels of creativity; however, we will practice discretion with design ideas and requests.

 

DOES SWEET EARLINE'S OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT?

We do offer a 10% discount on orders placed by military personnel. Military identification is required to receive a discount.
