Due to high demand for our custom cookie services, custom cake orders will be fulfilled on a case by case basis dependent on the requested design and our schedule availability.

 

Our cakes are custom baked and decorated, order requests should be placed no less than two (2) weeks prior to the event date.

Payment Policy: Payment is due on the date provided on the order invoice. Payments not received when due will result in an order cancellation. Payment must be made directly through the order invoice. We ONLY accept credit or debit card payments. NO CASH, NO CHECKS.

 

Pick Up Instructions: Pick up information and instructions will be provided to you via email upon payment confirmation. As we are closed on Sundays, all orders for Sunday events must be picked up on Saturday during the designated pick up hours.

 

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled anytime prior to the payment due date. In the event of an order cancellation after payment has been made, you have up to 48 hours to cancel and receive a 75% refund of the final total (minus 25% for purchased materials). Cancellation requests made beyond the 48 hour window will result in a forfeited refund.

 

Final Note: Sweet Earline's is not responsible for damages incurred after orders are picked up. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
