ORDER GUIDELINES

STANDARD ORDERS: Custom cookie orders must be placed no less than two (2) weeks prior to the order curbside pick-up or mail delivery date to ensure fulfillment.

 

RUSH ORDERS: Orders placed less than two (2) weeks prior to the curbside pick-up or mail delivery date are subject to a $20.00 rush order fee and will be filled dependent upon availability.

**Please note: Larger orders require more time, please plan accordingly. 

 

CURBSIDE PICK-UP: Available Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am - 10:00 am. Curbside Pick-Up is NOT available on Sundays. We do not currently offer delivery services. 

 

MAIL DELIVERY: Orders can be shipped via UPS Ground (Shipping & Handling costs apply)

 

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment due date is provided on the order invoice. Payment is required to confirm order fulfillment. Non-payment will result in an order cancellation. ONLY credit or debit card payments accepted. NO CASH. NO CHECKS.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders cancelled prior to production can be fully refunded or rescheduled. Cancellation requests made after the custom order is in production is subject to a partial refund. If the custom order has been completed it is non-refundable.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sweet Earline's is not responsible for damages incurred after orders are picked up or delivered.
